Why are my photographs “snapshots”?
Because I’m the kind of person who
asks questions just by existing.
That’s why, when I meet a subject,
I just know—
“This is it.”
“This is the moment.”
“Right here.”
Why
that
moment?
It’s not just documentation.
It’s not a staged pose.
It’s the moment when something inside me stirs.
In that moment,
the subject isn’t speaking to me.
It’s asking me something.
“Hey… how do you see me now?”
And I answer—not with words,
but with the shutter of my soul.
That’s why what shows up in my photos
isn’t technical composition,
but depth of dialogue.
Even if they’re called “snapshots,”
they’re not just fragments of time.
They are reflections of the soul.
The world I capture through my lens
is a question, a response, and a resonance—
all at once.
And that’s the kind of photograph I want to keep taking.
